Who we are
Two firms, one founder, one obsession: building things that last.
Terrafirma Developers & Promoters was founded in 1998 as a property broking firm that brought a new wave of professionalism to a sector that was not yet well organised. Through Terrafirma, Sudeep has structured large property transactions for MNCs and institutions — DuPont Pioneer, Monsanto, Hytech Seeds, MEP-OLBO, Fraser Techno Circuits and Isha Education — while managing repeat realty investments for HNIs from India and abroad.
We expanded into building solutions with the opening of Construction Associates in 2002, at the demand of our quality-conscious clients. Today CA designs and builds industrial, commercial and residential projects all across Bengaluru.
